Payment, cancellation and reimbursement policies
The rates published in our website are only valid at the moment of making the quotation; they are guaranteed at the moment of receiving the corresponding payment. All reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. A reservation is considered completed, when a confirmation number is provided and the corresponding charge to your card has been applied. At the time of booking, you authorize the use of your credit card number to make the payment, and expressly confirm to know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer and cancellation policies. You need to print your reservation voucher that will be sent to you by email and present it at the time of requesting the services that you have reserved.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and paypal credit cards are accepted as a method of payment. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact our Travel Advisors. The amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged to your credit card. Rates shown in US dollars will be converted to Mexican pesos at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. This conversion may cause the amount that will appear on your credit card statement to show a variation of up to 5% below or above the international fluctuation of currency exchange rates. Transfer cancellation policies
Cancellations and reimbursements are made at least 24 hours in advance; these will have a charge of 70% of the total paid. Those cancellations made with LESS than 24 hours in advance will not apply the refund.
Hotel cancellation policies
Cancellation in high season and holidays Defining as high season: Winter, (Christmas, New Year), Holy Week, Summer and holidays. - Reservations canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date will have a penalty of 10%. Reservations canceled 15 to 29 days before the arrival date, will have a penalty of 1 night. Reservations canceled less than 15 days in advance will have a 100% penalty. For early departures (not full use of the contracted services), or failing to present the day and time at the hotel of your reservation (no show) you will not have any right to claim or refunds. Once the reservation or service contracted and after the purchase has been paid, we wish to reduce the number of people and result in a lower cost than originally paid. It will be the sole and exclusive decision of the hotel or contracted final provider to apply a refund or in its absence any penalty.
