This period may be extended by fifteen additional business days when there are causes that justify it, this situation will be notified to the owner in accordance with the provisions of Article 97 of the Regulations of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, (Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (RLFPDPPP).
